Call for Art: “Uprooted”
Theme: Examining the stories of disruption and the potential for renewal
Artists are invited to explore the multifaceted concept of being uprooted. This theme encourages a deep dive into narratives of displacement, migration, and change, both personal and societal. Through your art, you can express the disorientation, challenges, and losses that come with being uprooted, but also the resilience, adaptation, and growth that can emerge from such experiences.
We encourage submissions that delve into the complexities of these stories and showcase the transformative power of renewal. How do individuals and communities rebuild their lives and find new meaning after being uprooted? What are the lasting impacts of disruption, and how can we harness them for positive change?
