Join us for an afternoon of art, inspiration, and community as we celebrate the timeless allure of the California summer.
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our summertime exhibition, California Dreamin’, showcasing a collection of artworks that celebrate the essence of sunshine, summer nostalgia, and the California Dream. This exhibition features a diverse range of paintings, fiber arts, mixed media, photography, and other 2D and 3D artworks created by talented local and regional artists.
California Dreamin‘ explores the idyllic and often wistful imagery associated with our Golden State’s summer days. From the golden hues of sunset on the beach to the intricate patterns of a summer quilt, the exhibition captures the diverse experiences and memories that define the California Dream. Each piece in the exhibition narrates a unique story of summer through various mediums.
The Opening Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 22nd from 12-4 PM at the Art Depot in downtown Hollister. This event is open to the community and offers a unique opportunity to immerse in the creative interpretations of California’s iconic summer moments.
The opening celebration will include music, light refreshments, and opportunities to meet and engage with the artists behind the works. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.
