Join the Arts Council special hours for an Open Studios Preview Exhibition from 5-7 pm, Fridays, Sept. 3, 10 & 17 and 12-4 pm, Saturdays, Sept. 4, 11 & 18 at the ANNEX, 217 Fifth St. in downtown Hollister, and enjoy a sneak peek of artwork from all of the talented artists on this year’s Open Studios Art Tour.
Local residents, students and visitors are invited to participate in a self-guided tour of artists’ studios throughout San Benito County during the San Benito County Arts Council’s annual Open Studios Art Tour on Saturday & Sunday, Sept. 25 & 26 from 10 am- 4 pm. This year’s tour features 27 local artists and artisans and showcases works in painting, pottery & ceramics, glass works, jewelry and more. Open Studios is a great way for locals and out of town visitors to meet the artists, view and purchase original works of art, learn more about the processes of art-making, and enjoy a scenic tour throughout San Benito County.

Open Studios attendees are asked to refer to current CDC and San Benito County Health and Human Services guidelines regarding mask wearing and other COVID-19 protocols and to kindly respect differing comfort levels related to public health recommendations and social distance. Face masks will be required for all those attending the Open Studios Preview Exhibition and Art Tour events held within the Arts Council’s Annex indoor space.
