The San Benito County Arts Council would like to thank everyone who turned out for the ribbon cutting celebration of the Washington St. Underpass Mural created by dynamic artist duo Yanoe x Zoueh as part of the Caltrans Clean California Highway Beautification Project. We especially wish to thank project partners Caltrans District 5 , Graniterock, Urban Art Projects (UAP), City of San Juan Bautista, San Benito Council of Governments (SBCOG),  and Spirit of San Juan Bautista, as well as our local and state representatives Mayor Leslie Jordan, Supervisor Kollin Kosmicki, Senator Anna Caballero, Speaker of the Assembly Robert Rivas and Governor Gavin Newsom.
