Studio Information

Studio locations must be finalized by February 10th and proofed by February 24th. Maps, flyers and advertisements containing studio addresses will go to press immediately thereafter.

Studios may be shared, although each Artist must pay the entry fee. The Dunne
Park Clubhouse in Hollister will be the designated exhibiting space for artists
who need studio space. No additional fees will be charged for the Clubhouse.

Participants are required to email, send on CD (300 dpi resolution JPG files only) or upload images of three representative pieces of artwork on or before the application due date, Feb 10th. Email images to info@sanbenitoarts.org or send CD with application. You can also upload your images by using the upload fields below. Identify each piece with your name and title of the work. Number of pieces of artwork to be exhibited (1-3 pieces per artist) will be determined by space availability. All artwork must be ready for hanging. Two dimensional pieces must be framed and have picture hanging wire securely attached to the back. Pieces that are unsuitable for hanging or display will not be included in the show, to be determined by the persons hanging the show. Information including titles of the work, media, and price (if for sale), will be required when delivered to the Blak Sage Gallery. Delivery of art work to the gallery will be on Thursday, March 29th. Pieces must be picked up from the gallery on April 27th. Identify each piece with your name and title of the work. These images may be used for print and electronic advertising, including the website.
